Aerial Strong

Aerial Strong is a hybrid, functional, full body strengthening program, practiced on a hammock, that functions as a swing belt. It is a differentiated form of training that increases the degree of difficulty and gives different dynamics to all fundamental movements. The hammock is used to support and suspend the body to work with its own weight against gravity.

Purpose:

  • To be able to enter and exit from any position safely
  • To be able to strengthen the torso, legs, arms
  • Understanding handles and positions
  • Be able to teach complete courses
