Penelope was born and raised in Thessaloniki. She holds a B.Sc. in “Science of Physical Education and Sports” of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in “Special Physical Education and Therapeutic Gymnastics”. She followed postgraduate studies at the corresponding department of the Democritus University of Thrace, in collaboration with the University of Thessaly, in the M.Sc. “Exercise and quality of life”, with a specialty in “Physical Activity and Leisure Sports”.
Since 2011, she has been working in the field of fitness and specializes in the training of special populations, such as pregnant women, midwives, cancer patients, patients with chronic diseases and musculoskeletal injuries.
Since the beginning of 2019, she is the owner of the Moov gym – Exclusive Fitness Studio, located in the area of Kalamaria in Thessaloniki.
