Significantly reduced is the risk of Alzheimer’s for people who systematically combine healthy habits in their daily lives, according to a new US scientific study. The five most beneficial habits are exercise (at least 150 minutes of moderate to high intensity per week), light to moderate alcohol consumption, a healthy diet (emphasis on the Mediterranean), mind-boosting activities and not smoking. Those who combine all five of the above, or even four , have a 60% reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
