Spyros Mouzakitis Spyros is responsible for the base training Magazine. He ensures that it is constantly updated with the latest research and studies in the field of fitness, health, nutrition and training. He is a journalist with experience in newspapers and news websites. He has a degree in Sociology from the Aegean University in Lesvos, while he graduated from base training in 2010.
