We all know that young people and adults tend to turn to exercise and sports in a viewpoint of creating a shapely and beautiful body, thus improving their appearance. But what we do not know is that exercise in old age – that is, in the elderly – is also important and necessary to improve their quality of life. However, not all exercises are suitable for older people and are also not compatible with those performed by younger people.
