Muscle hypertrophy: 5 tips to grow these muscles!

Muscles have various functions. They shape our body, and thanks to them we can move and be functional in our every day lives.  Interested in muscular hypertrophy? 

5 tips to get there! 

  1. Training frequency: First of all, you need to separate the muscle groups you’re going to train every time correctly. You can stimulate your muscles enough so they can get bigger and stronger, even if you just train twice a week. 
  2. Training intensity: Train at 55-85% of your maximum strength. If you are an advanced trainee, it is best to train at 70-85%. Keep in mind to use proper technique throughout the whole training! 
  3. Break after each set: Your break should last from 1 to 3 minutes. That is the ideal time for your body to de-stress and get ready for the next set.  
  4. Repetitions: The repetitions should range from 6 to 15, if you want see results. 
  5. Caloric surplus: You should eat 10-15% extra calories than what your body usually needs, especially protein-based.
