Eleftheria is a graduate of the French University in Physical Education and Sports, specializing in therapeutic and adapted swimming, a certified Pilates instructor and a certified Magic Boots instructor.
She has been involved in acrobatic gymnastics and therapeutic – adapted swimming. She loves passing on her love and knowledge while evolving through it.
Since 2022, she has been one of the main Pilates teachers in Base Training’s teaching team.
