Quit smoking and reduce alcohol consumption

Get enough sleep

Adults over 18 should sleep 7-8 hours each night. Sleep reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke, anxiety and depression, the possibility of obesity, and inflammation.

Find new hobbies

Do not think that as you get older you can not do new things. Scientists have proven that if you have hobbies that fill you, you have a purpose in life as well as less stress. Practice mindfulness

Water keeps your skin in good condition and your energy at high levels. The amount of water you consume depends on your thirst, your activity, your sweat, your gender and how often you use the toilet.

Practice good oral hygiene

If you do not take care of your teeth you risk developing gum inflammation associated with heart disease and stroke.
