Are you an introvert? Find out your “hidden” assets!
Nowadays, we tend to admire people who are extrovert, social, talkative, assertive, who are constantly on the move, surrounded by other people, and being enthusiastic about everything they do. On the other hand, introverts are often misunderstood by their surroundings for spending lots of time on their own and not participating in many social events.
However, introverts have their own special qualities like:
- They are more analytical and look beyond the surface
- They are their own best company
- They are great listeners and give very helpful advice when asked
- They concentrate easily because they have learned to work without distractions
- They are very observant and often notice what others don’t
- They’re great friends and very supportive partners
- They have few friends but their bonds are stable and long-term
- They are very creative
- They are independent and self-sufficient
- They have clear goals
- They spend most of their time solving their problems
- They’re constantly improving as humans and as employees
Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, Mark Zuckerberg are just a few famous introverts…. That says a lot!
