Dr. Christos S. Riganas graduated from TEFAA of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2001. He received his MSc. in Physical Education and Health in 2004. He was awarded a Doctor of Human Performance and Health in 2008 (AUTH) and in 2011 he completed his post-doctoral research with a scholarship from IKY.
He has a number of scientific publications in Greek and foreign language journals. He has also been a lecturer at scientific conferences. He has a great academic teaching experience of over 12 years. He is an international critic of scientific magazines, a certified ACSM teacher for the Personal Training degree, and a member of the European College of Sport Science.
He was a rowing champion and a member of the National Team. He lives in Corfu, where he was born and raised and is now co-owner of the FitLab gym.
