Researchers have found that people who watch thrillers have elevated levels of white blood cells in their bodies. This is because the adrenaline that is produced puts your body in a state of “fight or flight” and your immune system, which does not know that you are on the couch but thinks that you are in a real battle, is activated to heal potential injuries!
Chew your food well
