“Life is always ahead” – Dimitris Chronis and the path that saved his life

Mr. Chronis is the oldest Greek athlete to finish Spartathlon (a historic Greek foot race that takes place every year in September) and his enviable attitude for life is shared by the new communication campaign of NN Hellas! He was an addicted smoker until he was 47, when he was forced to follow a healthier life for health reasons and started running. Also, he has taken part in 15 marathons around the world and in races of 100-140-180-246km, while running for the first time at Spartathlon  in 2017 at the age of 66 years old. His inspirational words in the video of the campaign convey the strongest message ever, that our priority should be to take care of ourselves and our health. «Running is not my life.
