The term “mind performance” is often being heard in our daily lives. But there is much confusion about what does that mean. What is true is that it deals with the development of perception.  What is mind performance and what is it related to?  Mind performance, also known as high cognitive performance or “peak brain performance” refers to the achievement of optimal and effective operation of cognitive skills and executive functions. Its focus is on the possibilities that are maintained and not affected by any change, aiming at the optimal performance for each person.  This is related to its perception and continuous development, as well as to the mental and cognitive skills that a person acquires.  Simple ways to increase your IQ What is perception?  Perception is generally a process of receiving, organizing and interpreting sensory information. Perception is multimodal, with multiple sensory inputs contributing to the way the individual behaves.   What is the development of perception?   Perception development is a process of progressively differentiating subtle and refined levels of arousal.
