The Pilates program design seminar aims to offer professional Pilates tutors additional scientific knowledge on the design, implementation, guidance and evaluation of exercise programs in every age group.
More specifically, the aim of this seminar is to learn:
The exercise program should be re-evaluated and adapted according to the needs of an individual. This way, exercise will continue to be effective and fun, leading to improved physical ability and a closer relationship with the trainee.
This seminar comprises both theory and practice of exercise. It includes examples of different types and age groups of trainees with varying physical abilities. The trainer learns physical condition evaluation techniques, followed by the design of the appropriate exercise plan that also includes alternative methods of exercise, such as Pilates. Exercises are the “guide” for each level of training, that the trainee will gradually master. This way the Pilates instructor learns how to build a relationship of trust with their client and ensures immediate and safe results.
